A player app

A stable connection

How do I set up IPTV on my TV or phone?
It takes about five minutes: 1) install a compatible player (TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, IBO Player or Hot Player), 2) enter the Xtream Codes or M3U URL we send you, 3) wait for the channel list and TV guide to load, 4) start watching. What are M3U and Xtream Codes?
They are two ways to load your subscription into a player app. An M3U URL is a single playlist link. Xtream Codes uses a server address, username and password, and also loads the TV guide (EPG) and on-demand library automatically. You receive both after ordering. Use whichever your app prefers.
What internet speed do I need?
We recommend around 10–15 Mbps for HD channels and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. A stable connection matters more than headline speed. For the best results use Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi close to your router.
Which devices are supported?
Amazon Fire TV Stick, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Android TV and boxes, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, Apple TV, Windows and Mac. Any device that runs an IPTV player app or can open an M3U playlist will work.
Why is my stream buffering or freezing?
Most buffering comes from a slow or congested home network, a full app cache or player settings rather than the service itself. Restart your router, clear the app cache and switch to Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi. If it continues, contact support 24/7 and we'll check your line and settings with you.
