Privacy Policy

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our IPTV services:

• Account Information: Email address and name to manage your subscription.
• Payment Data: Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full credit card details.
• Technical Data: IP address and device type to ensure service compatibility and fraud prevention.

We use your data exclusively to:

• Provide and manage your access to IPTV channels and VOD content.
• Send access credentials and important service updates.
• Offer technical support and respond to your inquiries.
• Improve the stability and quality of our servers.

We implement advanced security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

We use essential cookies to improve site functionality and remember your language preferences. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Website statistics. To understand how our site is used, we count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics and count taps on our WhatsApp, Telegram and email buttons. These statistics use no cookies and store no IP address or personal identifier: only the page, the button tapped, the date and the visitor's country, which Cloudflare derives from the connection. Button counts are kept for up to 3 months and are only ever viewed as totals.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to see how visitors use the site and which pages lead to a WhatsApp or Telegram conversation. Until you choose in the cookie banner, and if you decline, it runs in a restricted mode: it sets no cookies, stores no identifier on your device and only sends anonymous signals, such as that a page was viewed. If you accept, it also sets cookies named _ga and _ga_* so repeat visits can be recognised. In both cases Google receives your connection's IP address to estimate your country and city, and states that it does not store it; Google may process this data outside the EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We have not turned on any advertising or personalisation features. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

When you create an account in the IPTViva app (app.iptviva.com) and use it, we record:

• Your account: name, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Your connection and device: the country and city of your connection (from your IP address), the type of device and browser and its language, and a technical identifier of the device, used to manage your devices and to give each person only one free trial.
• How you found us: the website or advert that brought you (for example the campaign name in the link).
• What you do in the app: the channels, films, series and matches you watch and what you search for, to see what is popular, improve the catalogue and help you when something doesn't work.

We do not track what you do outside the app, we do not sell this data, and we use it only to run and improve the service. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account, Delete my account): your account and viewing history are then deleted, and only a record that a free trial was used on your device is kept, to prevent repeat trials.

As a user in Canada, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data ("Right to be forgotten").
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
