IPTV Subscription in Our Own App: How It Works

Buying IPTV used to mean receiving a message full of technical details: a server address, a username, a password or a long M3U link, plus instructions for a player app you had to find, install and sometimes pay for. With IPTViva that's gone. Everything happens in our own app, with one account that you create yourself. This page walks through the whole journey, from the free trial to renewing, so you know exactly what to expect.

The short answer
- Create an account in the IPTViva app with your name, email, WhatsApp number and a password you choose.
- Ask for your free trial. Most are approved straight away, and your time starts when you first press play.
- Subscribe on WhatsApp, straight from the app, and pay by PayPal or crypto.
- Your plan is added to the same account. Log in with your email and password on your TV, phone or computer and watch.
No playlist, no MAC address, no third-party player and no extra activation fee.
Step 1: create your account
Open app.iptviva.com on your phone or computer, or install the TV app on a Fire TV Stick or Android TV box from the devices page. Tap Create account and fill in:
- your name,
- your email address (throwaway addresses are refused),
- your WhatsApp number with the country code, so support can reach you,
- a password you choose.
We email you a 6-digit code to confirm the address. That's the whole sign-up. Why we only ask for this, and what we never do with it, is explained in IPTV without a MAC address.
Step 2: try it free
Once you're logged in, the app offers to start your free trial. A clean request is approved straight away; the clock starts the first time you press play, not when you sign up, so you can wait for the match or film you actually want to test.
During the trial, check what matters to you:
- the channels you watch most, at the time you usually watch them,
- a live match from the home screen, where today's games are listed with the channels that show them,
- a film or series episode, with subtitles if you need them,
- the device you'll really use, on your normal Wi-Fi.
There is one free trial per person, device, email and WhatsApp number. If you want to test on a second device, subscribe first. Full details are on the free trial page.
Step 3: subscribe
When the trial ends, the app shows a Subscribe on WhatsApp button. It opens a chat with us with the message already written. Tell us the plan you want and we send you the payment details:
- Standard: 1 screen at a time.
- Premium: 2 screens at the same time.
Prices for 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 months are on the pricing page. You pay by PayPal or crypto, and your plan is covered by our 7-day technical guarantee. As soon as the payment arrives, the plan is added to the account you already have. Nothing new to install, nothing to copy: open the app and keep watching.
Step 4: watch on your other screens
Install or open the app on each device and log in with the same email and password:
- Fire TV Stick, Android TV and Google TV: the TV app, installed with Downloader (steps).
- LG Smart TV: our LG app, installed from a computer (steps); we'll guide you on WhatsApp if you like.
- Samsung Smart TV: our Samsung app, installed from a computer with Apps2Samsung (steps), or app.iptviva.com in the TV's browser with no install.
- iPhone, iPad, Android phones, Windows and Mac: open app.iptviva.com in the browser.
With Standard, starting a second screen stops the first one; Premium plays on two at once.
Renewing, changing devices and getting help
Renewing. Your end date is always visible under Account. Tap Renew and a WhatsApp chat opens with the message ready. Your plan is extended on the same account.
New TV or box. Install the app and log in. There's no MAC address to send and nothing to reactivate.
Forgot your password. Reset it from the login screen with a code sent by email, or message us on WhatsApp.
Something doesn't work. Account has WhatsApp, Telegram and email buttons. Support answers every day. For a channel that freezes, the buffering guide covers the usual causes.
Leaving. You can delete your account yourself under Account > Delete my account.

Frequently asked questions
Can I still get an M3U link or Xtream Codes?
No. New subscriptions work only in the IPTViva app. It's safer for you, because your login is never a link that can be shared, and it lets us give you the match schedule, tested channels and your plan details in one place.
Do I need to buy IBO Player, TiviMate or another player?
No. The IPTViva app is the player, the channel list, the film and series library and your account in one. There is no player activation fee.
How long is the free trial?
The trial is short and meant to test your channels and your device. Your time starts when you first press play. Details are on the free trial page.
How do I pay?
By PayPal or crypto. Tap Subscribe in the app or message us on WhatsApp, choose your plan and we send the payment details.
How quickly is my plan activated?
As soon as we receive the payment. It's added to your existing account, so you just keep watching in the app.
Can I share my account with family?
Within your home, yes, up to your plan's limit: 1 screen at a time on Standard, 2 on Premium. Starting more stops the oldest stream.
What if my device isn't listed?
Message us on WhatsApp before your trial. We'll tell you whether it works and what the simplest option is, often a Fire TV Stick or an Android TV box plugged into the TV.
